(sgimips) Multiple Bug Fixes / Features Added

Multiple bug fixes and feature additions were made to the sgimips port over the holidays, including: support for E++ GIO Ethernet adapters, Set Engineering GIO Fast Ethernet cards, Indigo Light (LG1/LG2) framebuffers, and timecounters on IP12. Bug fixes primarily centred around the IP12 port. Most changes are in -current and unlikely to make the NetBSD 4.0 release. [0 comments]
